Thermostat is junk. Melted a hole in the side of a container because I was foolish enough to think it would turn off when the liquid coconut oil was melted at 100 degrees, it didn't turn off and I let it go which caused it to touch the plastic and melt it beyond 180 degrees and poured all over my floor.
