I drink a glass of water with Ultima Replenisher each day, usually with lunch. Occasionally, I will drop a scoop in a 16-oz water bottle and take it to the gym to sip while working out. I like the natural flavors (raspberry is my favorite) and that it has 0 sugar and a good amount of vitamin C. It is also easy to mix, one scoop in the water, stir. If I need a snack, I sometimes mix a scoop into some plain Greek yogurt...better than any sugar-laden froyo I have tried. It was recommended by a Sprouts supplement "guru" when I was seeking a palatable electrolyte drink with low to no sugar. I have been using it for about 7 years.

It's impossible for me to tell/know how well the electrolytes are working. Let's assume they're fine.

The canister is very small and the included scoop is equally tiny. No matter. But trying to get a scoop of the stuff to dissolve is, well, difficult. I've not been 100% successful. But maybe it doesn't really matter.

The stuff tastes okay and if there are a couple of lumps, who cares. The important thing is whether or not it satisfies my electrolyte issue. That's going to be a more subjective assessment.

I love this product for its amazing taste, for being clean, and so helpful to me. I've had a few bouts of dehydration before and it was awful. Now I make sure I get my drink on and get enough water and this stuff and haven't have any issues. If you are looking at the price and thinking NO WAY - you have never been dehydrated before. This stuff is worth its weight in gold and has multiple amazing flavors. Plus I have found that the powder does last longer than 90 servings if you aren't over serving the scoop.

Try it! You will find a flavor you love! The Appletini tastes like an apple jolly rancher candy.
