Soooooo,I was very excited to receive this product UNTIL I first used it. I turned it on (very simple), poured water into the bowl, and sprinkled a small amount of eucalyptus oil. (KEEP IN MIND: if you order this essential oil diffuser, you were suppose to receive 20 different types of oil scents HOWEVER I only received 19. (I didn’t complain about it because I’m not that petty but I do love scandelwood so please send it.)Anyways, you have the option to leave this oil diffuser on for 3 hours in which I left it in for 3 hours. I come back from work and I see a WHOLE PUDDLE OF WATER on my dresser. Not only did the oil diffuser leak, but some of the water got into my Echo Speaker (soooo GOODBYE to my speaker)When I unpackaged this product, there was a stop sign paper that said to contact the product’s brand instead of Amazon in case of problems. BUT when I went on the website, I didn’t see ANY TYPE OF contact info. I wanted to report my problem to them personally instead of writing a bad review.IF YOU ARE A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIS BRAND, CONTACT MEEEEE. Or I’ll just return this product and we’ll call it a day. The only reason I do not want to return this oil diffuser is because I actually do like the oil collection that comes with the product.I’m not upset!! I’m just very hurt lol This was going to be my first time using a oil diffuser and it turned out bad. I’M DEVASTATED.

I received my diffuser super excited to use it, only to discover that there are no essential oils at all! They are fake! I am, as customer of Amazon feeling let down by your standards. This is a direct lie! In addition some use these oils for medical purposes so on a medical level you guys sent out chemicals calling them essential oils! NOT COOL. Not to mention the diffuser itself is made of plastic for the 50.00 this also feels like a rip off. SUPER disappointed in your practices here.
