I was hoping for creative uses for ground beef. This compilation is various people’s favorite recipe. Something their kids probably love. Lots of cheese, pasta, canned soups and gravies in recipes, and oh so much dairy. I am dairy allergic. Comfort food for sure, but not a source for healthy recipes or scratch cooking.

I started with a shorter version of this cookbook titled "everyday ground beef cookbook" and I enjoyed every meal I made from it. When I saw this one, I had to get it. It has all of the recipes that the smaller one has, and so many more. I am gifting the smaller cookbook to my daughter in law who saw it and said she needed one.
