The book is divided into several parts, and it gives you the opportunity to first answer why its even worth journaling. After that, there are over 30 suggestions on how to have effective written journaling, followed by a section or more art-based journaling.
The final sections on retrospecting and language help solidify how helpful the previous sections can be while adding these important tools.
Overall, the book was a delightful read and is very easy to go back and reference since each section is concise and clear. Highly Recommended!
