This is a great little book to keep track of your workouts. Not only that, it also offers a self-assessment at the beginning of the book to help you determine your current level of fitness and establish personal goals. Moreover, the book offers a weight chart- you can mark your start weight and watch the progress while you make your way through the book. But i really enjoy just day to day pages. It offers a section for cardio, strength training, stretching. Additionally, daily pages have a space for "calories burned," "supplements taken," and a way to mark how many oz's of water you had that day.

Im almost through my book, and getting ready to order another one. Its compact and portable and easy to carry around in the gym. All you have to do to make it effective is to get in a habit of filling it out!

I love this book. Ample room for all of your workout information, weight, etc. The only problem is last time I ordered this, the shipper never sent it to me and then I had to practically beg for my money back (an Amazon vendor, not Amazon itself)

I love this, I have been logging my workout in it and I love to look at my progress, I can look at the past few weeks, and up my weight on the weights and also run longer on the treadmill. The price was great and it only had one workout logged in from its previous user. Very happy costumer.

This is a very useful little book. It has an overview of workout, hydration, etc. information in the front and then pages for individual days (Mon-Sun) plus a week review page. It easily fits in a pocket of my car or in the frontpack of my bicycle. It's a great way to keep track of the details of what you do each day (for example, I also track my sleep to see how sleep and exercise relate to migraine incidence). I do wish that the publishers could use a different kind of spiral binding so I could fold the book entirely back on itself when entering my information. They might also include a couple more blank pages for notes at the back so I could better remember the shorthand I use for various exercises, tips from the trainer, etc. But overall it's a great, very portable exercise journal, which means it's more likely I'll use it. I got this one free from the gym I just joined, but it's well worth the money and I'll be buying my next one from amazon.

I like these little books to keep records of my daily fitness routine, but I change a lot in my exercises. 1 set of this 1 set of that etc, and I find that there is not enough space to write it all. There are like maybe 5 small lines, and that is it. But I sometimes do 7 or 8 different weight sets...
