I love this book. I thought I was prepared for most things. Hurricane storm damage, power outage, and so on. After Hurricane Sandy hit NJ and we lost power for 10 days; I realized how unprepared I was. Yes I prepped. But not well enough and my mind ran away from me when fear set in after day 3 of no heat, no electric and no end to the situation in sight. We had no power or resources anywhere. Every store was closed or out of stock in every item and we were running very low on water, and food after day 7.
I am learning more than ever about taking great care of my family in times of disaster. Read this book and keep it with your emergency kits.
