This is the first cooking rack I've found that's 1) not coated with chemical non-stick and 2) spaced so tightly that food doesn't fall through. I've already cooked with this twice. It's heavy duty, doesn't warp, and washes up nicely. I was so tired of my chicken tenders falling through the wiring of my racks that I almost gave up. I'm so glad kept looking and found this on Amazon. There is so much you can do with chicken on these racks. It turns out so much better than just slapping it on a cookie sheet. Oven fried chicken with Frenches Onions coating is the best.
The other nice thing about it is that you would think all of those grid lines would make for sharp edges. I recently sent a rack back for leaving silver metal splinters in my fingers and in my chicken. This one is smooth as can be. Seems to be very good quality.
UPDATE 9/28/2016: I've been using this at least once a week for five months, sometimes twice. I don't baby it, I put it in the dishwasher, and it's held up great! This is by far the most useful tool I have in my kitchen.
