For the past 7 years I have been producing a video series for youtube and am familiar with the subject.
I was recommend this book by a friend, and at first glance thought it would just be about weight lifting. I couldn't have been further from the truth! This book not only increased my understanding about food groups and metabolism, but also provided me with a great understanding about my own overall health. I highly recommended reading this book if you are interested in becoming fitter and healthier, as well as reducing body fat and maintaining your weight. I feel like a nutritionist and look at food in a completely different way now only half way reading it.
Don't judge a book by its cover, this is one of the best written nutritional health books of all time, its very dense and great reading. Its not a weight lifting body building book!
