I purchased the 4.2 Ultrean several months ago and just love it. That being said, we travel quite a bit in our 5th wheel RV and I found myself packing and unpacking my air fryer every time we decided to take a trip. I finally broke down and got the larger model 5.8 to leave at home and it works just as great as the smaller version, as you can see from my posted pictures. I have included shots of the 2 models side by side so comparisons can be made. The basket on the smaller model is round. On the larger model, it is rectangular with rounded corners. The larger model has many more settings, but the one I like the best is the "reheat" button. Comes on at 370 and cook for 3 minutes. Perfect! Does a lot more than just "air fry". I baked a bundt cake (6 cup size) and it came out perfect!

Received my Ultrean 5.8 Air Fryer after returning the Consori 5.8 fryer so I was a little apprehensive after a bad experience. I have only used it twice..first to make egg bites which turned out perfect and today to make chicken tenders..holy cow...they were fantastic. I also ordered parchment liners so there is a minute amount of cleanup. The machine has not given off any plastic odor...I used the vinegar/lemon juice procedure as recommended before cooking anything. I have had contact with the support staff and am very impressed. Looking forward to trying many more recipes in my new air fryer...cookbooks arriving tomorrow!!
