1) A brief biography which highlights major events in the composer's life and career;
2) A complete list of works and performances, arranged chronologically by date of composition...;
3) A discography of all commercially produced sound recordings of Kay's works (disc and tape)...;
4) An annotated bibliography of writings by and about Kay.
In addition, two appendices are provided.  The first consists of an alphabetical arrangement of compositions and the second lists them by classification and genre.  A complete index of names, personal and corporate, as well as titles, concludes this volume....
