I really loved this product when I ordered it in November 2023, but I ordered it again this year in May, and I find the product has changed. There is more of a slick coating on it, and when you bake on it, it leaves more of a greasy residue (you definitely can’t reuse with larger batches of cookies).

It’s still works, but something has definitely changed, and not for the better. I’d love to hear from the product makers to see if they can suggest an alternative or if they have returned to their old product.
