Trying not to give spoilers away, so this may not be my best review.
It's a nice wrap-up to the series overall. I really like Lund's writing style in general. On it's own merits, this installment of the series was very solid. In comparison to the other books in both sets -- Unrestrained and the Drake Series POV books, I found the writing more powerful in the Drake series. But having the back and forth between the points of view of both characters worked very well.
The reason for less than five stars was that there were some repetitive phrases that made me feel I had to be hand-held through the story, and having already read both previous sets, it made it slow for me. However, I don't know if a first time reader trying this book out of order would feel that. I wouldn't recommend reading this series out of order. Also, there were some things that made me question Drake's choices - like not immediately discussing the main situation with his father-in-law or Lara. When someone of his wealth and perceived power is faced with the situation he was in, he would seek legal counsel. But, his hesitancy works for the story line.
Overall, a great read and a satisfying finish to the story. And as always, Lund handles the erotic scenes very well.
