I am 70. I have been watching my grandsons play this game since last Wednesday. This is the most incredible looking gave I have ever seen. My hats off to Naughty Dog in their teem. We are only on chapter 11. I am really looking forward to the rest of the game. We are playing at the moderate level.

If you love the Uncharted games than this is like the others

First off to clarify, I only rated it 4 stars because the game is a little shorter than the other Uncharted games. I played through in about 15 hours (not in one sitting). I am replaying on the hard setting to see how long it takes.

If you love the Uncharted games than this is like the others! Great puzzles, good shooting action, and the jumping/climbing is so much fun (or as my wife says every time he jumps PARKOUR!!!). The story brings back all the great characters and adds few new ones as well. The story starts with a retired Drake reminiscing about his days as a treasure hunter. Things happen and he is pulled right back in! Like all the Uncharted games it is just a great story and very fun game to play!

I have not played the online version, it is now required to have a paid subscription to play online so I am not willing to make that jump. I wish the games wouldn't focus so much on online and would focus on the single player mode. Games keep getting shorter and shorter and the online keeps expanding. I may just be an old gamer at this point!

This game has so many videos in it, so you know the story, that you just can't stay in a playing mood.
You play for 5 maybe 10 minutes and then some stupid video starts playing for 2 - 5 min.
Yes you can skip the video but more often than not it's just gonna start playing another video as a continuation of the story. It's as if the creators couldn't make up their mind if they are making a game or a cartoon so they made a 2 in 1 yet it's not good at anything.

This experience was like watching a long movie. There were more cut scenes than game. The movement is like assassins creed but more fluent and just better. The story was like every adventure movie like goonies meets Indiana Jones. By the end I just wanted to beat it instead of enjoying and taking my time. In my opinion skip this one there are way better games like last of us and witcher.

What's there to say? Uncharted alone would be enough to convert a faithful XBOX user in a heartbeat (granted they try it of course.) What you are ultimately paying for here is a videogame that has been overdone on every aspect, that is in a good way. The graphics are breathtaking, you can literally stop on your tracks to spend several minutes observing the mountainsides, the oceans and ruins found throughout the entire game. The gameplay is supreme, I mean the game flow is almost flawless. The story itself will capture you and won't let you go till the end. I have heard several individuals complaining about the multiplayer mode. To that I say? Really? That's honestly just a bonus you get. Who buys a game like Uncharted to play the multiplayer? Besides that the game came as advertised and on time. Great work Amazon and
Sony.

Naughty Dog Pushes PS4 to its Near Max

Naughty Dog has a consistent track record of fantastic storytelling. The story took me about 19 hours to finish with a moderate amount of exploration on the hardest difficulty. Easily the most beautiful, polished game on the market. Plan on playing the story on the Explorer difficulty later on just to get enough points to unlock the galleries and potentially find all the journal entries and treasures. The gameplay is fluid and realistic. Multiplayer is not the center of focus in this game, but that doesn't mean it isn't effective. The Last of Us multiplayer took more stealth and strategy while this one is more fast-paced and positioning. Both have exceptional replay ability if you are a big fan of the game and creators in general. Free DLC updates for multiplayer. Mods are unlocked after finishing the story. Can't wait to check those out. Most multiplayer items are unlockable in game with enough play time invested, so the micro transactions arent a necessity nor a complete advantage for the people who buy them. I always liked how it was relatively balanced naturally instead of being forceably mutilated constantly as Bungie did to Destiny's multiplayer for balance. There will be a standalone DLC later on, but not for a while. I'll just keep playing the multiplayer until another game comes along that I think is worth the money.

I played this game and somewhat played the first three in years past and for some reason I at the time didn’t think much of the series. Just like everything in life time can give you a better appreciation for the finer things. PSN had holiday sales that included the first three in the series for a great price and I just said to myself I am going to enjoy these games for what they are and I have been so blown away how awesome they are. The pinnacle of the series is Uncharted 4! Just the artwork alone is mind blowing!! The cutscenes are so realistic; the subtle eye looks of emotions is stellar. So glad I leaped on the yeah train. What a ride.

Horrible gameplay. Worst shooting of any game ever and basic, bad, shallow, and pointless stealth gameplay. Just a bad overhyped game for casual gamers who also never read or watch movies. That is the only way to enjoy this game, because even a bad novel or mediocre movie will blow away this or ANY game in story telling.
