Good antifungal but don’t take more than 700mg per day, not safe for kidneys. Also cycle it on and off. 2 weeks on 1 off then give it a rest and use a different antifungal and then return to it. Oregano oil capsules are great one too and fungal do not become resistant to oregano oil

So this product contains rice flour fillers, this is a super product and have seen good results so far! You can get this product at a reasonable price there’s not many products that contain grapefruit seed so I would try this out! You get 180 capsules and you take 3 a day so that’s a 60 day supply! I think if you have issues with your intestines I would talk to your doctor about this and then try it if you can! Basically like a probiotic but seems a little stronger with some natural ingredients! Try it out!!🏻

I find UGN to be effective with candida issues, but also in keeping nail fungus at bay. This is a good product, with just some rice as a filler. My personal favorite formulation is the Thorne softgels; they are very small. They are also very expensive. This is much more reasonably priced and just as effective.
