As for negatives the quality was exceedingly lacking for the price-point. The left boot shipped with a difficult side zipper that had a tooth broken off on. After a week, a second tooth came off—even after trying to be very careful. I personally did not care for the side-zip feature in comparison to competitors. It has material attached to both zipper sides (I assume for weatherproofing?) and this does not readily allow for keeping the boots tied and slipping them on like I prefer. It will not open wide enough for your foot to slip in and the process seems to take more time than just lacing up and moving on right away. If you purchase the product on Amazon versus from the UA site, the Representative I spoke to stated there is no warranty through them for repair/return—so take that all for what it is worth. I give it an ‘A’ for comfort compared to other boots; a ‘B-‘ to ‘C+’ for the overall quality versus price-point; and a ’D’ for the craftsmanship for the price-point. I would expect for the price & a “brand name” boot that quality control would be higher at Under Armour.
