Wow, Blair Babylon has done it again with new characters. More Uber rich guys, who coincidentally attended the same school in Switzerland as characters from her other books.
In order to save the company that 4 of them created, from their nemesis who took advantage of their drunkenness, at least one of them must acquire a failing sports business and make it profitable. Jericho Parr finds a golf club that has not been able to meet the latest payroll, and works to make it profitable again. In the process he encounters a local girl who is assistant golf pro and who is also good enough to become a professional golfer. She is afraid that the changes he plans to make will mean that many of the local colored youngsters who have been learning there will no longer be able to get good enough to get into college with a sports scholarship, as she did. I’m not a golfer, but this book is written so well that I enjoyed reading about it.
We meet the H, Jericho, with his friends first and they've gotten themselves into a little sidewinder. It's really interesting, I promise. Then in comes Tiffany, the h, to help save the day...like literally. His love for her made his venture possible and valuable.
Blair writes with her usual flair filled with hilarity, knowledge, no cheating and chemistry among her characters among of things. The story is about a biracial couple and Blair absolutely does them justice. Looking forward to the next book about Mitchell. Do enjoy!
