OMG I have to say The Dragonfly series by Leigh Talbert Moore has become one of my favorite series. In Undertow the book continues where Dragonfly left off with Anna doing her own personal research after she lands an internship with the newspaper. I hated to put the book down I have been drawn into this series and book two was amazing. To read the Journals of Meg,Lexi and Bill to learn about their past. I really was drawn into the journals. Felt like reading a friends journal. Leigh I have to say very well written and keep my interest. Can't wait to read book 3 Watercolor. LOVE LOVE LOVE Undertow. Hope Watercolor is just as good if not better which will be hard cause I liked Undertow better than Dragonfly, even though Dragonfly was GREAT.

Loved this sweet story... There is a saying.. There are 3 sides to every story.. Undertow give us that. Leigh tells the story 3 character's points of view. It is a sweet love story with so much sadness.

Out of all the books in this series, Undertow is my favorite. I love the different perspectives and I believe the writing was better than the other three books. I love the series but Anna is a little hard to sympathize, so in this book, not having her as the main focus was very interesting. The turn of events is very sad, and unfortunately someone out there might have a similar story. I know a lot of people probably have Alex after reading Meg's side, but at the end of the day, Alex is human and everyone makes mistakes. Yes, what she did was very low, considering who Meg was to her, but, you can't help who you love. She should just have done things differently. But this book truly was wonderful, I love the character development, the writing, the scenery descriptions, and the emotions. I was heartbroken at the end, and it's hard to find a book like that, especially in YA. Absolutely recommend!

I thought Dragonfly was a good enough read that I wanted to get the sequel. Well it more than delivered. Hearing the backstory of Meg, Alex/Lexy and Bill really helped understand the dynamic behind the Kyser family as well as Julian. The story is heartbreaking to say the least, but you'll leave it with a better understanding of all the characters and realizing they all had a part to play in the wreck of the mess that was created.

I seriously neglected my children and home to read this book over the course of an afternoon/evening. So yeah, you should get it. ;)

I read Dragonfly Book 1, which I loved, had a difficult time with Undertow initially as I felt it was jumping around. However the further I read the more intense the story became and I found it difficult to put down. Their dreams for the future, the heartache, the scheming and the love was intriguing and sad. Looking good to read Book 3.

I cried throughout most of this book. While it is still based around Anna, Jack, Lucy, and Julien, we get to learn more about Jack and Lucy's dad and mom and Julien's mom through journals that Bill (Jack's dad) gives to Anna to read once she finds out the truth and wants to tell those involved. It was so sad, and brings so much more to why Bill is the way he is. I thought I hated him at first and now I know I kinda do. What happens between him and his wife and Julien's mom is enough to make anyone sick.
But the ending is great! Anna chooses my man! Ah Julien! I was jumping for joy! Now to move on to number 3! ;)

This series is pretty much awesome! That's all I can say about them!

This book is more of a background on what happened between Bill, Meg, and Lexi. Anne is back and she is reading the journals that Bill gave her to read. As much as she wants to tell Julian the secret that she knows, she knows that she needs to read these journals to see why Lexi doesn't want to say anything. This book is great! It has love, hate, drunken nights in Mexico, boats, and buildings. But most importantly it has love. The journals that she reads are full of love and devotion.

I am glad that I read this book. Now I know some more information. I didn't like that it was such a short read. It left me wanting more NOW!!! I will have to wait till the third book comes out!! Leigh did an amazing job at making it seem like Anne was reading word for word what was going on, like she was right there with them. You need to get this book!!!

Leigh Talbert Moore became my favorite writer. I got Dragonfly for free. I am so glad i did! I couldn't put it down. Excellent from the beginning to the end. All characters are so real. They live normal life filled with love, hate and everything in between. Like in real life little things end up changing the future. I all the books from Dragonfly group, loved all of them. I am missing all the characters, like they became my friends. Read this books, no questions asked!
