About the Author
Having been married for over 25 years, Mitchell & Rhonda parent two girls: the oldest born on their 10th wedding anniversary and the youngest on their 20th. Mitchell is a pastor, high school tennis coach, and nonprofit CEO; Rhonda is a former high school English teacher, homeschooling mom and virtual assistant. On any given day, the Owens family can be found exploring God's amazing world together, whether it's hiking through the mountains, snorkeling off a beach or sailing across the sea. Mitchell and Rhonda are the authors of the Undivided devotional series which can be found on Amazon, and they are also regular contributors to various blogs and websites.

We love the idea of "artificial intimacy" that the authors, Mitchell and Rhonda bring up on the very first page, it helps create a baseline to which we could use as a comparison for the rest of the book. Each chapter is simple, concise, and relevant to each area of our marriage that we both want to see grow and flourish. My favorite part of their book by far, is the practical application that goes along with each chapter, challenging us to put what we just read and learned together right into action. Each chapter focuses on a different area of "oneness" from spiritual oneness to emotional oneness to sexual oneness, the authors are not shy in takling every area of marriage. (We are especially excited to get to the chapters on Financial and Parental Oneness!)
If you would like to see your marriage become closer, see your faith grow together, and want your "how to guide" in a simple, easy to read book. This is the devotional for you! You just might even find yourself being challenged to look at an area of your marriage that you might never have even thought about before.
