The Uni Signo DX (UM-151) is claimed by some to be even better than the Pilot Hi-Tec-C! It comes in 0.38mm tip size. The barrel and tip are a bit sturdier than the Hi-Tec-C, which might explain why converts love them. Users can enjoy clean and even flowing lines, and the strong tips can withstand all the heavy handed writing you can offer.Like all our other pens, the Uni Signo DX is highly sought after by artists and writers alike, but difficult to find in the US.

I've always been a huge pen/pencil junkie and neat-freak. I'd fallen in love with the feel of a kind of Bic Triumph pens, but the discontinuation of BIC Triumph Roller, Extra Fine Point (0.5 mm), Black Ink, Dozen Box (12 Pens) made me search elsewhere. The pens that I'd used as a staple cost around $50, which is too much considering I'm a college student and write nonstop!
I found this product and am incredibly impressed. The fine point is gorgeous and accurate, and the gel is always flowing. They are a tad shorter than their American cousins, but they last a long time because of the fine point - one pen wrote about 50 pages of notes in cursive on college-ruled paper... and it's still not empty!
If you want a crisp, accurate pen that flows well and lasts a long time, I recommend this product! It's my new staple!
I'm also posting two photos - one so you can see just how large and loopy my cursive is, and the other as a comparison to some other pens of the same breed. I will note that I primarily use cursive, and I am kind of embarrassed by my print... You can see the fine point of Signo clearly on the college-ruled paper!
The pens in the comparison picture, top to bottom, are the Sharpie Pens, Fine Point, Black, Box of 12,Sharpie Pen Retractable Fine Point Pen, 3 Black Ink Pens (1753176),Bulk Buy: Sakura Gelly Roll Fine Point Pen Open Stock Black GR-37321 (12-Pack), Bic Triumph (linked before), uni-ball Impact Stick Gel Pens, 1 Gold and 1 Silver, and this product! Hope this helps you choose what's best for you!
The cap says 0.38 in the incorrect color and font while the sticker on the pen body says 0.24. lol
These cosmetically are very good fakes but as typical with counterfeits the labeling/branding is all wrong and the actual function is horrible. Had they gotten the packaging and labeling correct I might have been fooled into thinking maybe I got a bad batch of pens(although I never have before).
FYI...the authentic uni ball Signo DX 0.38 is one of the best pens I have ever used.
