This is ridiculous. Celtic culture predates Israel deportation by a couple of centuries. Even Herodotus, who is quoted when it may support the author's theory, confirmed that Israel were still living of the Euphrates' banks at his time. And ethnolinguistics contradict this hypothesis. At least the author should have surveyed the overall archeology before picking a couple of words from the Bible and making up a prophecy here!
Instead, it completely misses the key point of Joseph related prophecies: that Joseph is a type of Christ and that Joseph's promises have been / will be fulfilled through the Church and not the actual descendants of Joseph, who have been disseminated in the nations (as prophetised)...
