When it comes to training nutrition, three periods matter: pre-workout, intra-workout, and post-workout. Before you lift, for focus and energy, there's Shock Therapy. During the workout, you can fuel your body with Atomic 7. When you're done, give your physique what it needs with Torrent.
Protein is as basic as it gets and important for any bodybuilder or athlete. Universal Ultra Whey Pro is a high quality whey protein product that's pure and effective. Mix up your next whey protein shake using our exclusive Universal Shaker Cup that's guaranteed to blend your shakes and not leak.
Many lifters think the critical element is training. While lifting is important, so is rest. Without proper rest and recovery, you won't grow. And the most critical recovery time is sleep. Both GH Max and ZMA Pro can be taken at bedtime to help enhance your recovery and maximize your rest.
Uni-Vite, a multivitamin in the morning helps with rounding out your nutrition during the day. Fish Oil provide much needed EFAs, essential fats your body can't make on its own. ZMA Pro rounds out the day as a bedtime recovery supplement. The three are basic and can benefit any serious lifter.

Is this still a good product? Yes, it is still a good product if you don't eat enough red meat. If you have a salad for lunch and you're worried about getting the right stuff for your body, this would be a good time to pop a few of these pills. What you're putting into your body is somewhat of an unknown, but I would bet it's fairly similar to what they describe on the label.
On Amino Acids:
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. They are what comprises proteins in your body. Proteins (and more so amino acids), are the most precious of resources in your body. There are 20 amino acids which make up proteins. Do you need all 20 amino acids, which are mentioned in the label? No, the human body can produce 10 of the 20 aminos itself, so as far as supplements go, you really just need the other ten, called "essential" amino acids. Without the essential 10 you can't produce, your body will start breaking down good tissue to get it. It's a bad cycle, which is why amino acids are crucial, especially if you're doing any sort of training.
The ten (essential) amino acids your body can't produce are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. With arginine, it is only essential for the young, not for adults.Read more ›
