This is a beautiful collection of articles which talk of, and in terms of, the original works of the giants that led the beginning of what is now termed computational logic. As a bonus, some of the articles are written by these giants. Each is clear, and not too philosophical, so that even those with little background can be entertained and amassed at the thoughts presented - many of which are in practice today in contemporary search engines on the net.
I especially like the good print and paper that was used in the production of the book - like its contents, reminiscent of days long gone by - perhaps that's the best point of obtaining a copy. There will never again be such passages written. It is worth the price, and having bought a used one in very good condition for less than $35, I feel lucky.
