What happens with Peyton Morgan hates her job, hates her new boss and drinks too much wine? She buys a house sight unseen on the internet. The one thing she didn't bargain for was the owner, Rutledge Raines. Peyton sees the house as a place dreams could be made. Rutledge wants it gone and along with it the nightmares and demons that haunt him. Happy summers with his Grandmother destroyed by events outside his control. So they meet and boom it's on!!! These two are the perfect sparring partners. He doesn't do relationships but as he gets to know Peyton and they work together on the house he starts to think maybe he could and maybe he could with her. She gives him a run for his money and when they get down and dirty it is oh so dirty. The sizzle factor is high with these two. Will Rutledge love and trust Peyton enough to reveal his secret. Will she stick with him once she knows or will she run? I like Rutledge Raines a lot he is so alpha male so much so that I found his arrogance and aggression too much at times. Having read Anthony Dwayne before I was prepared for his style which is a little rough around the edges a bit like Rutledge. A few things didn't sit well with me and I felt uncomfortable on occasions. Who doesn't carry a condom in their wallet/pocket if they are thinking about having sex and who has unprotected sex with someone who is obviously a player? Picking up another woman to have sex with because the one he wants isn't in town. He didn't do anything but he thought it and even if this was to show us he is serious about Peyton it's not a good look. His confrontation with the guy in the bar was scary. Not sure I would have been waiting for him when he came back with the beers. It seemed excessive. His workers were scared of him, poor Herb and poor Willy. This is how I felt and is no reflection on the quality of the book. It's well written and the story is a slow burn regarding what happened to Rutledge and there are a few twists and turns along the way. L. A. Fiore is an author I haven't read but I will be looking into reading more of her work. Peyton is adorable and compliments Rutledge perfectly and I'm sure she is responsible for bringing her to life. Who will we meet next from Ogg's Point? I wonder if it will be Max....I hope so.

My favorite book of 2018! This was a first for both authors to co-write and I certainly hope it’s not the last. This story is a roller coaster of emotions. Hot and steamy, mystery, suspense, love, and heartbreak, this story has it all. The chemistry between the characters is off the charts, the quick wit from them is like being around friends. I could not put this down. Enough mystery to keep you guessing, and when you think you have it figured out...BAM, you’re hit with a twist. Think you can figure out the secrets hidden in Ogg’s Point...think again. This story will have you laughing, squirming, crying, yelling at your Kindle and leave you craving more. This is a definite must read and I highly recommend it.

Rutledge Raines decides to sell the home he was raised in. He hasn't lived in it for several years and it's time to get rid of it. He has happy memories of him and his grandmother doing the things that a grandma and grandson typically do. Unfortunately he also has memories that give him nightmares so terrifying he can't get back to sleep.

After a confrontation with her sleazebag boss, Peyton quits her job, gets drunk and decides to buy Rutledge's house based on a picture in the real estate section. Even in the picture the house is old and run-down but it has charm and appeal and calls to her. The first conversation Rutledge and Peyton have does not go well. He thinks she is a stuck-up city girl and she thinks he is an arrogant snob. Their opinions don't immediately change at their first meeting. Well not
outwardly anyway. Inwardly they are both strongly attracted to each other and thus begins the love story.

This is a beautiful love story. I didn't like all the cursing and actually I didn't care for all the sex either but other than those things I thought it was a great story.

That is truly the only word I can use to describe this book. Unleashed is brilliantly written. A story filled with so much emotion and all the feels you want in a 5 star read!!

L.A. Fiore and Anthony Dwayne are a rock star duo. The writing is so flawless, you don’t know who wrote what part. I have read many books by L.A. Fiore, but Anthony Dwayne is a new author to me, but their writing styles work seamlessly together. I truly hope we see more books by these two authors.

I can’t really tell you much about the storyline because this is a story that needs to unfold for each reader. I would suggest going into this story blind. The less you know about this book going in, the better I think it will make this story.

Unleashed is the first book by the writing duo of L.A. Fiore and Anthony Dwayne. It is an enemies to lovers story with a romantic suspense aspect to it. This story is a complete standalone and is told in Dual POV. I thought this was an amazing love story. It’s slow to start but once things happen they take off. The chemistry between Peyton and Rutledge is off the charts. I loved each of these characters for different reasons. Rutledge was rough around the edges and kind of a lost soul, but when he loved he loved fiercely. Peyton was such a strong and sassy heroine. I loved how she stood up to Rutledge when needed to. The banter between these two brought some comic relief in this emotionally charged story.

I don’t want to say much more about this book, but I will say this READ THIS BOOK!! This is definitely one of the BEST BOOKS of 2018!! No romance reader should miss this book!!!

This is a really different style of writing as two authors combine with one novel in mind. I have read most of L A Fiora novels but never one of Anthony Dwayne’s. The style of writing in this novel is really from the heart. The emotion is so heartbreaking and deeply felt, you can almost taste it. There are twist turns intrigue and Drama in the book, but also some very dark subjects described. We have two very different characters, Rutledge who is a tormented soul with some demons. A strong worded guy who enjoys lust but no romance. We have Peyton a girl who purchased a house when drunk, who loves the thought of a Heathcliff romance, but has yet to find it. She is witty, strong willed, but is desperate for romance and envolvement. She longs for a home life, family and children, the direct pole of Rutledge, but magic is around. The story unfolds with believable characters. All endearing. Language that may be a bit strong, and love scenes that may curl your toes, or keep you very warm on a cold night. A fantastic book, with a great storyline. Believable, interesting and certainly well worth more than 5 stars. I hope this duo continue to enlighten us and perhaps build on at least 4 of the characters.

I'll read anything that L.A Fiore writes as I know I'm in for a journey of twists and turns, the feelings she evokes are both beautiful and haunting so when she said she was co-writing a book with Anthony Dwayne an author I hadn't heard of until this moment I was like hmmm I wonder what we'll get will their styles work. Oh boy they did not fail their writing was flawless like they'd been writing these amazing stories together for years I was not disappointed and left wanting more.

Rutledge had that take charge manner that made you want to be on the receiving end of it, he was demanding, funny and troubled all in one hot package. Peyton was the light to his dark, his anchor when those demons said he wasn't worthy, she was smart, quick witted and had a dream which she would follow. Their attraction was instant you could feel the chemistry between the two of them but that connection run deeper than either could imagine.

Go get your copy I promise you wont be disappointed. I'm hoping these two amazing authors co-write another book I feel that some of the other characters have a connection and story that needs exploring.

While I have read Anthony Dwayne's books before, L.A. Fiore is a new author to me. So sleek and flawless was their writing, that it was simply impossible to determine where one author stopped and the other started. What a wonderful story they have written together.

This story hooked me from the moment i started reading it. Who couldn't help but want to be best friends with Peyton Morgan. Peyton was simply gorgeous, both in looks and personality. She had a vulnerability about her, but she was also strong, smart and very sassy. Who would have thought that a drunken real estate buy in the internet would lead her to be knocked over by one very arrogant, dirty talking, alpha man, Rutledge Raines? He was a man who was constantly haunted by his past, a man who felt that he didn't deserve to be loved. Rut has finally found someone who fulfils all of his desires, but is his past going to rear its ugly head and ruin everything?

Fiore and Dwayne have written the perfect story. One that will force their readers to experience the full gamut of their emotions. Throw in a bit of suspense and mystery, some wonderful secondary characters, and some hot steamy scenes, and you'll find this is a story that is very hard to put down.

I can now only hope that Max and Kinsley and Coda and Laura get their own stories. This is definitely a highly recommended read.
