      In the past I've only purchased phones targeted to the US carriers (AT&T) rather than an unlocked device. This phone is very impressive! I paid $480 USD and find that it's well worth the price. It has no trouble with my AT&T SIM or connecting with any of my bluetooth gadgets. Google play is installed and their apps work/sync well. Apart from the beautiful build quality, I noticed that it's not preinstalled with a ton of bloatware - I swear I'm not going back to anything that has all the crap that I can't get rid of! I won't go into all the detailed specs that other reviews have supplied. I just wanted to say that after being a Samsung devote, I've now switched to Huawei and I'm looking forward to all the new products they have to offer!

      Item has a known defect in which sim card 2 stops working which is why there is no warranty. Seller refused to cross ship and wanted to leave me without a phone waiting to replace this one which really wont do much good as its a known issue with the LT10 model.

      First of all, This is a great phone. Loved the phone itself, but had some trouble with accessing 4G.

      For me, I had to return due to the phone not getting 4G coverage from T-mobile. It only would do HSPA. Even with HSPA, I had trouble downloading MMS, I have to be on wifi to be able to download MMS and group texts. Another issue I had was the slow response time, especially with google maps and such. There was so much delay in loading maps it would some time takes about 5 mins to get going.

      On the paper the battery is huge, but in real life it barely lasted a day and half.

      Just received this phone...it's my second Huawei--have the mate2. Both devices run in North America. I did stress a little though as I installed my red pocket SIM card... could make calls, but no 4g LTE Yet? So I bought a straight talk SIM installed it and configured the APN.Oh it's on 4g fast now. LOVE IT!!! I'm dealer and this mate7 is my personal assistant in which I'm I am confidently replying on day in day out. When u get this bad boy, don't trip say a prayer of thanksgiving as you follow basic steps to configure your data plan. And if you're like me don't freak out where there's no 4g LTE at first... trust me this phone isn't like a Samsung locked to the Sprint carrier device--Nope not this time as HUAWEI is a company we can trust in America and AMAZON ROCKS customer service allows you if you're not satisfied with a purchase well you've got option--just keep all the original packaging and return to sender it can't get easier than this!!! But I should have said that prayer of thanksgiving earlier and had a little more faith!
