Great product

Loving this gizmo. Its easy to set up and its easy to connect all my devices to it (tablet, phone and laptop). Speeds are really excellent and connectivity is consistent. Battery life is pretty decent as well - ie if I have it on all day it will last about that long (but this would probably vary a bit depending on your network anyway). I also like that the charging is done through a basic mini usb as thats what most of my devices are using and I have plenty of those chargers around the house.
Works well on the road as well. I've used it in the USA and in Africa.
And with the traveling to different countries - nice to be able to use 1 sym card to be up and running on all your devices rather than having to swap around or get more sym cards.

Not worth the money

I purchased this thing in hopes that it would give me better internet reception. Initially this thing was the best. I have had it for a few months now and I have noticed that its speed has slowed down significantly. Also if I try to connect my tablet and laptop, its stops working and I have to restart it to get it to reconnect. I am waiting on my Huawei to come in so that I don't have to use it anymore. I am in deployed to Afghanistan and use it to call home and for school, but its to the point I spend more time trying to get it to work than using it.

Not What Was Advertised

The device I received was locked to Vodephone - not unlocked as advertised. My first hint was that the instructions were in Swedish. I was able to find English instructions on the internet and managed to get my computer to talk to the device and that was when I found that it was locked to Vodephone.

I requested an RMA from the seller and received return instructions very quickly, which I followed. That was several months ago and so far I have not received my refund.

Do not buy this device or deal with this company.

Inconsistent Connection, lasted less than 90 days.

This wifi hotspot did a terrible job of maintaining a connection for longer than 3 hours. Unbelievably, with minimal usage (less than 2 GB a month), the device simply stopped connecting to any network. ZTE offers no support for this product, and in fact, their website does not even mention it whatsoever. Complete disappointment.
