Very happy with this syrup. Used it over the Christmas holiday to make rock candy and it turned out great. Could not tell the difference in taste in the candy between this brand and the brand that I normally use. Also used it for peanut brittle and it worked great. I bought this because I can't find it here in Colombia and Christmas is just around the corner and I'm going to make peanut brittle. The only complaint I would have was that the bottle was leaking out of the top when I got it delivered to San Diego, but that just meant I was very careful in wrapping it up before I packed it into my suitcase, thank God it didn't explode in luggage. Satisfied.
