I hate to write bad reviews but these seeds are horrible. I don't know what is wrong with them but they have a really bad smell and taste to them. I love sunflower seeds and am not picky but I can't do these, and the aftertaste stays with you, it's nasty!

These are very fresh and I love them in hot and cold cereal. They are healthy and are suggested in my diet to lose weight. This is the first time I have tried this brand. It is a good idea to store them in a ziplock bag to keep them fresh.

First, i was really excited to find top 8 allergen free sunflower seeds, primarily peanut free. I had previously ordered seeds from another company who claimed they were top 8 allergen free, but when i got the package it said there was peanut oil inside. Anyways, VERY excited to have allergy safe seeds which are unsalted and roasted. I used these in my homemade sunflower seed butter blend and it came out tasting fantastic. I would definitely recommend these seeds to anyone with food allergies. Now if i could only get an Amazon prime deal on a whole dump truck full of these seeds ;)

Update 4/18/16 - I bought this item again. This time the seeds came in one large zip-top bag. I preferred the two smaller bags I received before just because it is easier to handle. However, the seeds still taste GREAT - thank you!

The seeds came in two zip-top bags, which is great because it's much easier to handle that way. The seeds taste great, I put them on my salads. You can't beat the price, either. Thanks!

I purchased the unsalted, roasted Sunflower Seeds. They are delicious. I bought them to use in a bread recipe I was making and I am also eating them as a snack. Love that they are unsalted - don't get me wrong, I love salted sunflower seeds but need to cut back on the salt. These are very delicious and I don't miss the salt at all. I just opened my bag and these taste very very old and stale. I want to return, especially given that the expiration date is October of 2018. Return window says expired. What gives. These were packed so tight that may even have been vacuum packed. I don’t recall. I’ve poured out maybe 1/4 cup. I put 1 Star only bcs I have to submit a choice.
