I was intrigued by Cece and Winston's interactions when reading Until Talon and wanted to see more of them once I heard they were getting their own book. I've seen this author for years, but hadn't actually had a chance to read anything from her yet, so it was a perfect opportunity. Until Cece featured characters from the Aurora Rose Reynolds's Until world, plus dual POV and HEA ending. The storyline was a little drawn out for me, but was an overall cute 4 star read.

I'm going to begin by saying, this book is connected to Until Talon, (from ARR's Until Him/Until Her series). However you don't have to read that book first, to enjoy this one (I didn't, but I'm definitely going to pick it up next!) I'm also going to say, this books walks a very fine line with cheating. Be very aware of that before diving into this one. It didn't make me enjoy their story any less, and they didn't step over what I consider "the line" but some may not feel that way. That being said, this book was very emotional, and there were surprises around every corner (some good, some bad).

Cece's life has just been torn apart. Everything she had based her knowledge of who she was, isn't any more. She has to start from scratch, all the way back at the beginning. Luckily, she has an amazing family, that is there for her when she needs them most. In the process of discovering who she is in the new life of hers, the unexpected happens, and she meets a man that ticks all her boxes! But there is more to him than meets the eye, and their HEA isn't as simple as falling in love.

This story was hard to get through at points. As amazing as their story turned out, their path wasn't an easy one. It pointed out to me that sometimes, even your strongest moral objections can be difficult to be true to when you want something bad enough. But in the end, love always wins (at least in romance novels!) and the good guys always prevail. This is definitely a book that will pull at your heart strings, one that will bring you to tears of outrage, at times, and put stars in your eyes at others. This book is definitely one I'm glad I picked up, one that absolutely is one that makes you think, "What would YOU do???"

In this book we get Cecilia "Cece" Willimson and Winston Schmidt's story. As you remember we met these two in Until Talon. In this book you will see how all the events lead up to where these two characters were shown in that story. As well as where they end up after we leave them in Until Talon. Even though you might have read parts of this story in Until Talon reading it from these characters perspective gives you a whole new way to look at it.

There is so much I want to tell you about this book. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this is a book you will find yourself reading again and again. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was such a great addition to the BOOM world. I loved Cece and Winston. Especially Win with his swoon worthy nickname for her. I do wish they hadn’t faced so many challenges and we had more time to watch them as a couple. It would have been fun to see her kids and his son together more and see them become a big family unit. This was still a fun sexy read. The author did a great job at capturing ARR’s world and bringing her character to life.

Seems like I have been waiting forever for this story and it was definitely worth the wait.
If you have read Until Talon, that is where we meet Winston and Cece. Cece is Mia's sister.
They are both technically married and he has a son and she has 3 daughters. He wants to make her his now but he can't until he is divorced. She won't have it any other way considering the reason for her upcoming divorce.
There are some twists and turns on the way but will they ever get their happily ever after or will something always be in the way?

I loved that Cece had been a homemaker but didn’t see herself as having any transferable skills until she was shown that she did. Poor Winston, just when you don’t need a Boom there she is! Both Cece and Winston have troublesome pasts but battle their way to happiness. Great book
