This story is really well written, with believable characters and a plot which twists and turns as the attorneys build their cases.
Definitely a 5* read.
The romance between the two MC's felt almost tepid to me. It didn't draw me in and I had a hard time finishing this book.
Both Joshua and Willard have their moments of emotional immaturity, making it difficult for me to care about them.
There were also too many secondary characters, taking away the spotlight, so to speak, from Joshua and Willard, without adding much to the plot.
Most of the book centers around the court case, instead of focussing on the attraction and love that is supposed to grow between the protagonists.
It isn't badly written, but it didn't work for me.

I thought the story was well rounded with everything to keep a readers interest. It has a nice steady pace to keep the story moving along nicely.
Joshua and Willard have great chemistry. Loved everything about the story. The mystery on finding out who took the money was awesome to watch unfold. Loved the court scenes as well. Loved Dixie and Roberta character.
I hope to keep reading stories from the authors book shelf for a long time. Very good read.
