Sherrie Lueder was born on November 13, 1951 in Tracy, Minnesota and christened Sherrie Rae Taarud. She would be the second oldest of four siblings. She met her husband who is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin where they chose to settle and raise their four children.
Sherrie grew up in Iowa and loved spending her summers near the water and enjoying long days of lounging on the beach reading mystery novels and writing poetry. One of her poems "A Tribute to Mom" was published in a local newspaper (The Lake Park News, December 29, 1979), and later in Eddie-Lou Cole's Anthology of Great Poems.
Her first book "HE KILLED OUR JANNY" A Family's Search for the Truth was self-published on September 21, 2011. In January 2013 it won in the top 10 True Crime Book Awards. Within days, "HE KILLED OUR JANNY" went on to become one of Amazon's top 100 best sellers in two categories, True Crime Murder/Mayhem and Family Relationships/Dysfunctional Families. Today it remains an international bestseller.
Sherrie's second true crime book "UNTIL SOMEONE GETS HURT" was released in May of 2013. In October 2013, Sherrie appeared as a narrator on Investigation Discovery in its new series "Forbidden," episode 9 "Prince of Darkness," a documentary which featured one of the books convicted killers, Kaushal Niruola.
Now a great-grandmother Sherrie recently completed her seventh book, "Murdered in the Cemetery," a true crime story that took place a few miles from her home.

First the book isn’t that well written and I’m no literary expert I even caught the misspellings, it didn’t flow well and you need a diagram of the very diff crimes they talk about and all the diff names uses for Kaushal. Too much jumping around between their crime without anything to explain that they were now talking on another subject The first half was pretty easy to follow but by the time you get to the Condo Con in SF I was totally confused as to what these texts were about the sale of Cliffs house or the Condo Bldg?
Could have been an excellent book had the author taken more time in setting up the plots better. I thought Tyson’s narratives were easy to follow
First I can’t believe so many smart pple fell for their lines of BS or maybe I just more cynical about pples intentions when it comes to my money.
What happen to Dennis as he was up to his eyeballs in this for nothing to happen to him
These guys confessed don’t know how or why we are wasting money on a re trial. The jury convicted them not the judge and truly they convicted themselves as they all confessed.
Can’t wait to follow the retrial
Bolgatz was a very lucky guy indeed. His life was also on the line. It seems to me all they wanted in life, was money, and more money, and lots of a never stopping sex life sleeping with everyone that can keep them, ruined many life's. The sex part alone would be alright, but the combination is deadly. I do hope that this book will be helping you to finish your ordeal. The judge said in the court room, when given the sentencing, how you were very much hurt by this accusations, and that you are still in jail. I am sure that the American Criminal System (all lawyers) will be reading this, because it is so well explained. I got a little bit confused with all the names.
