Sweet book with a great message

This is a great bedtime book for young children. The colourful pictures are engaging, while the message to dream big and believe in your dreams is an important one. As another reviewer mentioned, there are two princesses, one with white skin and one brown - which not only makes the book more accessible for children of colour, but also provides diversity in the images other children see.

My three and six year olds both enjoyed this story.

Perfect Bedtime Story Book for Little Girls

This sweet, short story is beautifully illustrated. The plot encourages children to believe that they can be and do whatever they want to in life. Interesting and soothing and dreamy at the same time, this is a perfect nap-time or bedtime story for toddlers and little girls. I also appreciated that of the two princesses shown in the book, one was white and one black, making it a story that little girls of color can relate to.

Wonderful way to learn about "dreaming big"

A friend suggested that I check out this book by Carla Chadwick. Up, Up and Away is a wonderful book for children of all ages. The images were beautiful and colorful. The story has a wonderful message that good things come from dreaming big and feeding your imagination. Also, that rewards that you don't expect can come from doing good deeds. I hope this series continues.

Cute story about dreams

My 4 year old daughter loves this book. It has lessons about dreams, or hopes and there are even princesses. I thought the story line was a bit simple, but she really enjoys it so I gave it 4 stars.

Hopping all over the place

I realize this is a book for children. To try and teach them to reach up for their dreams.

This is not what happened when I read it.
The story is exceptionally hard to follow and just 'hops' all over the place. The princess' are directly copied from Disney in design (Aurora and Tiana specifically). Unless you want to confuse your child or give yourself a headache, don't get it.
