Excellent product, plenty of juice

This product is so new that Jackery hadn't posted it or a list of charge cycles for various devices on their website at the time I bought it. I e-mailed their support people to ask, and received an almost instantaneous reply during the weekend. It's rated to charge our devices as follows: the iPhone 6 6.2 times, the iPaid Air 1.31 times, and the iPad 3 once (all ratings are from completely dead to full charge). I believe these claims are entirely accurate: In our real-life test, we charged our iPhones each night from +/- 50% to full charge. We got 13 of these top-ups out of the Titan before it ran down, more than enough to charge our two phones for a week-long camping trip without making any effort to conserve power on the phones. (By putting your phone in airplane mode to stop it constantly searching for a signal, you could go MUCH longer.)

The Titan looks and feels very sturdy and well-made, weighing in at a light one pound. Like their other products it comes with a charging cable, but you have to use your own wall-plug-to-USB transformer to charge it. It takes 11 hours from zero to full charge using our iPad transformer, so do plan ahead when you are going to use it.

A good addition for charging my devices. 20,100 mAh is very helpful when you have all of the stuff I bring when out of town. Here is a quick summary of my likes and dislikes.

Likes:
- The bright color makes it easy to find.
- Aluminum enclosure looks great and feels sturdy.
- Charge indicator has four levels to let you know how many pixies are left in the box.
- Pass through charging. Charge the pack and two devices at the same time while at a hotel. (learn from this one ANKR)

Dislikes:
- Didn't come with a case or bag to carry it around in like others do. It would be nice to keep the cables with it.
- Use the right USB cable to charge the pack. If you use an inferior one, it will seem like days and days to charge the pack. It's not the pack or the charger, it's the USB cable. Keep the original with it, and you'll be good to go.
- Charge indicator is a bright blue piercing light. It is lit while in use. Not a big deal, flip it over and you're good to go.
- Max output is 3.4a, that means you're not charging two full sized iPads at max ability. Probably normal for battery packs. Not a big deal for me.

My 20,000 Aukey died prematurely so I bought this one. ANKR doesn't do pass through charging so I looked at reviews and bought this one. No regrets, I'd buy it again.

These are awesome potrable chargers for the money. Very sturdy and well built. I actually discovered jackery products on accident. I left my house for work one drizzly morning and as i pulled out on to my road there looked to be a flashlight in the middle of the road. So i stopped to take a look. It was an orange jackery "bar" that looked like it got tossed out the window. Its got some battle scars on it. It was about dead according to the indicators so i charged it up and been using ever since. Bought another bar for my wife to keep with her and this titan for her surface. They have not let us down yet.

First, you should know that I am a bit of a portable battery snob. Second, I have owned four different jackeries. Third, the jackery is my favorite brand and this model is my least favorite of all the portable batteries my family and I own. While the jackery power levels increase, each new model seems too be worse than the last one. This model charges ridiculously slowly and takes much longer to charge up a device. Also, because it is more powerful than the lesser models, it is significantly heavier. I'm not excited about this jackery. Save some money and buy older, smaller models... you'll LOVE those!

I originally bought this when only the orange color was a available with a 2.4A port along with a 1.5A port, which did what it's asked of however jumped at this updated model now in black and dual 3.4A ports. I'm no dummy, I know you're not going to get both ports to output 3.4A at the same time, however I rarely charge two items at the same time so this charges my iPhone much faster as compared their previous generation. I originally purchased it to charge GoPro and DSLR batteries on the go and away from an AC outlet, however I bring it with me daily to the office to charge either my phone or tablet. Naturally, your co-workers will ask to borrow it for their phone when you're not using and clearly they can't pony up the money to buy their own.

Wow, this thing has a ton of juice! It's about the size of a large smart phone, and about 3/4" thick (estimate), and I've used it to charge iPad Air 2, Android phones, etc. I've had it charging multiple devices, and charging itself too (basically like a pass-through charger). I personally thought I would just get it to have in the event that I don't have power, but now I find myself using it quite a bit. A small set of LEDs tell you how much power is remaining when you immediately turn it on, or always while charging (4 lights = full charge, blinking 1 light = nearly empty) . Otherwise, it doesn't show much, except charge your devices! Works great!

has worked great so far, used it on a 6 week trip including remote places in the outback of australia to recharge my phone and headlamps and headphones. probably overkill for what i needed, i kept it topped off in the begining of my trip but it never really seemed to drain the pack so i started not topping it off and it went at one point 5 days before it was drained while charging stuff 2-3 times a day. i might go a step or 2 smaller next time just for weight savings.
