The first problem with this product is that it came with no instructions. I was able to figure out how to put it all together on my own, but a single sheet of paper with a couple of illustrations would have gone a long way to helping.

The metal tubes under our trampoline are 1-3/4" in diameter. The clamps that come with this enclosure are designed for smaller tubes, probably 1 1/2". The clamps are a figure 8 shape, with a hinge on one side and long bolts for the other side. When I tried to clamp the enclosure tube to the trampoline tube, the clamp wouldn't close around the trampoline tube enough to fit the nuts on the bolts.

I called Upper Bounce to see what to do about this, expecting to mail off the hardware and get something that fit in return. The woman I talked to sounded annoyed that I had called. When I explained the problem, she curtly told me that I could go to a hardware store and get longer bolts. When I asked about alternate hardware, she said there is none and got off of the phone as quickly as she could. I didn't expect the royal treatment, but this was bordering on rude, not the way a customer should be treated.

So I bought longer bolts, and tried again. It didn't work. I could tighten the clamps, but the opening for the enclosure tube wouldn't tighten enough to clamp onto that tube. I tightened the clamp until the bolt end deformed, and I could still move the enclosure tube freely. Luckily I have access to a bench grinder, so I manually ground off enough of the inside of the clamps to make them fit. Once I did that it all went together fairly quickly and easily.

The enclosure itself seems to be well made. It has been up for a week and seems like it will hold up well to being exposed to the weather.

In summary
-No instructions
-Bad customer service
-Check the size of the tubes under your trampoline before ordering

After a year of having this, I lowered star from two to one. Over time, the net started pulling away and the plastic tearing. I repeatedly reconnected with zip ties until nothing else can be done. We will be purchasing a new net but will never purchase this brand again.

First of all it didn't come with any instructions. Once I was able to figure out how to install it, I realized that the "universal" clamps that came with the kit did not fit our legs on the trampoline. Had to over tighten the clamps which bent them but seemed to work and kept the poles from sliding. Once the kids started bouncing the poles began to collapse. The poles you see are actually two different poles that slide into each other but they don't come with any attachment or clamp to keep them in place that is why they collapse when you go to bounce on the trampoline. I'm off to Lowes or Home Depot today to get clamps to see if I can keep the two poles together.

Gives good description on here, directions even look easy tramp is the right size, but when I received it the clamps did not fit my poles with the screws. I wanted to receive it and be able to put it right up, now I have to go to a hardware store to find the 11/2 inch clamps or longer screws so I didn't waste the 150 bucks I spent on it. The package is too big and heavy to send back with out trying everything not to mention shipping it back.:-(

I've had this for one season for my grandsons. The opening to the net is tied to one of the poles, which caused it to pull away from the pole and tear within the first week. The poles aren't strong and that attachment system was not well thought out. I find myself having to replace the net and poles, and am hoping to find a different brand name.Sorry, guys. This one is a pure flop.

Very good product for the money. We installed this on a 15 ft jump king. I think the people complaining about this product either didn't read the product listing instructing the purchaser to make sure the trampoline legs are 1.5 inches. Or perhaps they weren't skilled enough to install it. The instructions are not very detailed but with general common sense this can be installed with an hour or two.
Some say it's not sturdy enough, I suppose a 170lb kid jumping against it as hard as he can may bend or break it, but for an average kid it's more than adequate to keep them from bouncing off. It's understandable that this product is not super super heavy duty if it were it would comprise the structural integrity of the legs it's clamped to. Overall this product does a excellent job of being just sturdy enough to keep kids from bouncing off, without compromising the trampoline it self.
Overall it's a great product for the money and it will likely pay for it self in medical bills thousand times over again.

Be warned this product is not universal and the detail you need to correctly determine if this will work with your trampoline is not included on the posting. Things you need to know:
1) This system ONLY works with 1 1/2 inch systems or smaller. There is not any room for variance. 1/8 of an inch off and forget it the clamps to the posts do not work.
2) The net is set up for 60 inch spans. Equal distances between the poles.
3) Customer service at Upper Bounce is useless. When I called to ask about the clamps the woman that answered told me they only stock clamps up to 1 1/2 inch and 'what a bummer' that what they sent didn't work. 'Try Lowe's, I heard other people tell me they have the right parts' - this is a known problem.

This system is going back. Unfortunately the hours I have spent trying to work around the ill-described system can not be refunded.
