Thank you, Mike.
Some of us set up camp and hold on to what we have in hand. Others walk in circles and spin their wheels. There are those who claim a portion of this vast forest as "their own" and invite others into their "newly built vision." Sadly, there are even some who simply lay down and claim defeat. Not all are alike. There are those of faith, those seeking wisdom and understanding, who believe over the next ridge comes salvation, and so they press on, believing in more without being able to see it. We all, in one way or another, fit in with these statements and are searching for the answer.
Think of Lewis and Clark. What if they would have "staked their claim" in modern America's society and built "their" kingdom in the first valley that seemed appealing? Or even worse, what if they kept walking in circles and eventually gave up? I'm sure the journey was tough, and at times defeat was probably staring them right in the eyes, but they pressed on. They were men of faith and adventure, believing that the next ridge, the next valley and the next crest would fulfill their vision.
We are all created with a destiny, a purpose and a belonging. However, we are cast into a raw, untamed and unforgiving world that is easy to get lost in. That is until now. You see, the one thing that kept Lewis and Clark believing was their vision. They had envisioned the finish line. The one thing that, despite all despair, awakened them each day was their vision.
That is the biggest void in our lives and this world: Vision.
Uprising by Mike Arnold is the key to accessing this Vision. It unlocks the Vision in the written word. It empowers us to recapture our points of reference in life. In a world that seems so lost, Uprising is a beacon of light, a GPS waypoint, the true internal compass to the light of God's one true vision. It will bring peace, joy and understanding to your true identity. It will unlock your calling in life and restore your God-given purpose.
I warn you that reading this book may light such a deep burning, desire and passion inside you that your life will transform as you know it. It will spark a true Uprising in your own life. This very well could be the key to unlocking God's one true Vision, shining light on the finish line!
