Fast and easy read with relatable real life experiences to help understand the concepts. I feel it could have included more techniques and examples.

Well researched and very well written with fun and amusing personal anecdotes and observattions. Good practical application in both the private and public sector to move people to a. "buying decision" no matter what you are "selling". An easy, quick, great read.

Good book on the topic of upselling. If you are considering having upselling be a part of your business then I definitely recommend reading this book.
