All of these collaborations are really, really good. There's just no reprieve from excellent plot, superior writing, and kick ass protagonists. I can't rave enough about these short stories. It was also nice to revisit a few characters whose series have ended (Sabina Kane, I'm looking at you), and such a revelation for authors I haven't picked up yet. I now have more books in the to be read pile than I can imagine, but it's worth it! Thank you to all of the top notch authors who collaborated on these stories! Bravo!

To me this anthology of short stories was uneven. Some were wonderful, others snooze worthy. I cannot pin point the issues with the mediocre stories. I think some some needed plot development or pre knowledge of the characters. For me the last two stories were 5 plus stars. The plot and characters were explained in those. I read shot stories to find new authors that I like. I was disappointed.
