Nice looking cabinet - but has some issues

First, the vanity is very well made, ships on time and looks gorgeous! Three main issues. 1) there is a design flaw whereby the middle shelf is a bit too high. This required us to have to cut a notch in it to fit a standard trap for the drain. Even going to a 1.25 inch shorter trap didn’t help avoid the need for this notch. 2) you have to read the fine print to realize that the faucets are not part of the order - which is strange since they have different SKUs depending on the faucets you pick. Anyway we had to make a separate run to HomeDepot to pick up faucets at the last minute. 3) the last mile shipping company they use is highly unethical. They will bring the truck to the edge of the driveway but charge you a $25 fee to lower the liftgate so you can actually take the product off. This charge is never disclosed in advance and feels like a bit of a scam. How is a residential house expected to lower a 300lb load on a wooden pallet without a lift gate??!!

This vanity is top quality the drawers are all dovetail jointed, soft close hinges on doors and drawers, solid wood. Not even particle board on the back! The top is solid marble and pre drilled for the higher end 8 inch bath faucet. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company. Shipping was very fast. I don't have pictures yet because it's sitting in my living room under bedsheets waiting for drywall and flooring to be completed.

My wife took a long time research bathroom vanities and landed on this one. What a wonderful selection. It was delivered on time and without damage. It is well made and looks great!
PROs:
- Extremely well packaged for shipping! No shipping damage when received.
- Vanity arrived on committed date.
- The design is sturdy and the vanity perfectly matched the photos and description.
- Drawers are dovetailed.
- The 'quiet close' doors and drawers are a nice touch.
- The mostly-open back eliminated the need to drill holes for plumbing.
- High quality: No defects found.
CONs:
- Due in part to ongoing Covid 19, the shipper declined to move the vanity into the house even when I offered to pay for it. But the shipping company dispatcher and driver were very pleasant.
- 300 Lb+ weight makes it quite difficult to move into place. The heavy weight is due mostly to the top being attached to the cabinets. ... Which I think turned out to be a good thing. But plan on hiring 2 or 3 'big guys' to move the vanity into (the house possibly) and definitely into its final location.
- Sink spacing is a bit closer together than with the previous vanity. It made one drain a bit difficult to connect We highly recommend this vanity... but be sure to plan on using some strong backs to move the vanity.

Bought this piece about seven months ago for a bathroom remodel. LOVE it! It's well made, the drawers all have soft close, it looks really nice, the finish is quite good, and it arguably looks pricier than it is. It's also a grey that can go a little more towards blue (like we did) or even pink/purple, though it would also look fine with anything a true grey would work with, so it's a very flexible color choice. I was quite worried about it being shipped with a mirror and the marble top and backsplash - would everything get here in one piece? You should see how they packed this thing! It was a work of art - came on a pallet so bundled up that someone would have had to really work to hurt it. Not a scratch on any of the pieces when we got all the packing off of it, and of course the mirror is just fine. It's also dimensionally true, so fit right into the space we'd built for it. VERY satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend it, and the company, UrbanFurnishing.net, to anybody.

After 18 months, I can testify to the quality, sturdiness, beauty, craftsmanship of this vanity. The top is solid marble, (not the veneer type of a smaller vanity I bought from Lowes). Product descriptions are accurate. This vanity was packaged in pretty much indestructible crating, not just cardboard. It is VERY heavy. Takes at least 3 strong men to move it around. I've gotten many compliments on this new addition to my master bathroom. I highly recommend it.

1/19/2021: After 30+ months this is still a terrific vanity. Furthermore, Urban Design's customer service is incredible. The trim around the overflow holes in the sinks had discolored. I e-mailed the company asking if I could get replacements. They are sending me new ones free of charge.

Pretty vanity

I purchased this vanity to fit inside a cubby in my master bathroom. The vanity itself is nice, however, there is no way to purchase side splashes to match the backsplash without finding a local remnant or purchasing another long backsplash online and hoping it will match the stone and can be cut down. I am opting for the latter since I could not find a local remnant. The big box stores do not sell this stone. I wish the manufacturer would offer an option to purchase the side splashes with this vanity because it would save customers a lot of headaches. Another thing to consider, you will need a custom filler if you plan to install this vanity in between two walls. In hindsight, I would've saved myself and my contractor a lot of headaches if I purchased a rectangular vanity with no overhang on the counter and straight legs or base.

It's absolutely beautiful with the precise coloring, lovely countertop, deep enough sinks, pop up/down drain stopper and most pleasing sized and shaped accompanying mirror. The cabinets fits everything nicely and the the dovetailed drawers have various depths a nd widths to accommodate all of girls "girly" stuff. There's even room for a long term guest to store. I had some difficulty with the over 3000 miles transportation during this pandemic time. Urban Furnishings was quick to come to my assistance with respect, accommodation, just overall great customer service. I'm very pleased.
