Many of the authors references are to Alan Cooper & Robert Reimann. Their book is 'The Essentials of User Interface Design'.

Buy the original - this just quotes from it.

It came quickly and I have no complaints about the book. The book itself is not to interesting and kind of gives you common knowledge about constructing databases.
