Must say I was very hesitant to buy these knowing how many cheap, unauthentic products are sold on Amazon and I’ve had multiple bad product experiences with things like this (especially around the Holidays). I wanted some multi-colored flood lights for Halloween and decided to take a chance knowing I can always return them. Bought the 15W version after reading another review saying they were bright enough and they definitely are! It’s been 3 days since I installed them and so far they have been awesome and have delivered a great looking graveyard feel (using the red light ) for our house. I’ve attached pictures for you to reference including what’s in the box. My thoughts below:
1) Feels like a solid light casing and well built product (only time will tell the quality of electrical components; I’ll update my review if they fail at all).
2) Water proof housing has held up so far (only 3 days of use though) to sprinklers and even a night of rain (in So Cal which is rare!).
3) So many light settings. LOVE ALL THE SETTINGS AND SO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM and you can actually tell the difference between them (the purple, blue, and green look sweet also). I will definitely use for Halloween and Christmas and who knows what other parties or events. Can’t wait to try them with a fog machine also.
4) Includes 2 remotes even though you only need one. Remote must be pointed directly at unit from close range (not an issue at all).
5) Nice, sturdy mounting framework to position the light in numerous ways (and to secure them so they don’t get stolen; I tie wrapped mine to the little graveyard fence)
6) I wish the power cords were longer but I was going to have to use extension cords anyway so not a deal breaker.
7) Units are way smaller than I expected which is great. Easy to put in the right location while minimizing their presence but maximizing the colored light.
8) All in all, very happy with my purchase and am about to buy more. Debating on getting the 30W ones for even more light in the backyard where we hangout. Give them a try and return if they don’t work for you. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised like me.
