This is a really clever design. Very sturdy and slim and disappears into a pocket but includes several tools. I was looking for an EDC utility knife and came across this which included many extra tools. My only minor complaint so far is that the blade requires two hands to open, one to press the (un)lock button and one to pull the blade out. If the next generation model had some type of slide to push the blade out with one hand, it might just be the perfect EDC tool. I can see how that would be difficult to do in such a small design, but being able to open the blade with only one hand would be a fantastic feature. Currently I see no way to open it one handed. Despite that one minor draw back, this is a handy little tool to EDC if you want a handy tool that is still small enough to truly disappear in your pocket.

This works fine for very light duty like cutting packing tape. For heavier cutting the release button is right where you would hold it to bear down a little. I tried to cut up a cardboard box to fit in my recycle bin and the blade released and stuck in the box. Not a safe scenario. I wanted to use this as part of my everyday carry items but I will have to continue the search.

I was looking for an edc utility knife they also had a philips head screwdriver as I’d run into a couple instanced I really needed one. This fits the bill especially at the price. Only negative I can think of is it is a tad on the heavy side, but the lighter ones are over 5x the price.

For the price you can not beat it. I'm an edc enthusiast to say the least. I have bought more crap than I care to admit to carry around. I have sold most of it on ebay. This is not one of those things. I work full time in Law Enforcement and I use this little knife constantly. It has held up great. The blade is kept in place with a little magnet so it doesn't rattle at all.
