Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Since the B value is stated as 3435 and the resistance at 298K (25C) is given as 10k ohm, then the resistance at any given temperature can be determined as follows: R2=(10,000)e^(-3435*(T2-298)/(298)(T2)), which can be simplified for this thermistor to:R2=(10,000)e^(3435/T2-11.526). Where R2 is the resistance at temperature T2. All temperatures expressed in kelvin (C+273) and e=2.71828...
Be sure you know what you are buying. I realize this is posted CLEARLY in the product description, but you need to actually understand it. These are 10K Ohm thermistors - very useful in many applications, but a little on the "light" side for others. Be sure you do not actually want something more on the lines of 100K Ohm before you order these. These are also NTC - negative temperature coefficient - thermistors, meaning their resistance DROPS as temperature INCREASES. Be sure your circuit is not planned the other way around. It is easy to get messed up by the thermistor heating itself up during the process of reading the temperature when its resistance is very low - you end up reading the heat you're generating by trying to read it.
Once you understand these caveats, these work very well and consistently. You just have to have them in a circuit built to accommodate them. As with absolutely everything else electronic, it's about the tradeoffs you're willing to accept.
These little thermistors are great. Very fast reacting and accurate. They are perfect for my greenhouse temperature sensors. Also, the shipment arrived very fast, practically overnight. Excellent product and much appreciated.
These are a great value and shipped quickly, but lack the documentation (especially the A, B, and C coefficients) necessary to construct an accurate temperature sensor. Uxcell would be impossible to compete with if they just provided those few details.
It would be nice if the manufacturer could provide specifications, but for the price I guess we can't really complain. They'll be good to experiment with.
It is lovely small sensor, very sensitive and responsive, like to use it as direct temperature sensor or as part of the circuit for temperature stabilization. Completely satisfied with service, performance, the way it was packaged and delivered.
They work well they seem very accurate they were easy to install in my project they seem very typical of other thermistors. Updating the review a year later. Been using this thermistor daily on a project I made in my shower where it gets wet and dry daily as well as temperature changes and appears to be holding up great.
