This is probably my own fault, wanted to try something different. For context, I usually drink Teavana (Emperors Clouds and Mist), Tazo, or Stash green tea. These are more in the Japanese or Chinese style, with distinctive earthy (sometimes grassy) flavors and green color.
This "green tea" is VERY different from that. It's an Indian Darjeeling tea, which gives it a very different color and flavor than I expected. Color is orange/brown, and flavor is much more floral and less "green tea" like.
Like I said this is probably my fault. Here I was wanting to try something new and drawn in by the organic claim.
But if you're like me and are used to (and prefer) Chinese or Japanese green tea, this is probably not what you're looking for at all.

Edit on review. Yes it's great tea but it's single steep not double so you will need two bags to receive full taste. It's also not enough product per bag. I'm very particular about teas. I buy several types from all over the world quite frequently. This is not a deal if your paying double for one and receiving less!

Skimpy Amounts of Turmeric & Ginger in a Fancy Bag

I'm really disappointed that this is not a returnable item. I tried the first bag - it was the same size as the very expensive brand, but there was so little product in comparison. I normally drink a moderately priced Ginger/Tumeric tea, and there was so little flavor from this in comparison to the good tea. Honestly, I looked at both the dry and completely rehydrated parts. The turmeric swelled up, but the ginger was very hard to even after soaking an hour. There is a powdery residue at the bottom of the cup as well, which I have never had with my more expensive brands. I'm throwing this in the garbage.

Recently purchased the box of 100 Tea bags for the 2nd time. Had initially purchased the box of 30 tea bags.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on March 28, 2021
This time the taste of Green tea is not uniform across the tea bags.
For some tea bags the taste is same as earlier. But for other tea bags, taste is very different and color of the tea becomes very dark after few seconds of brewing.
Either some of the tea bags are rancid or some other type of tea was packed in them.
Never faced such issue earlier. Have been drinking Green tea daily from many years and have mainly tried 2 brands 'Organic India' and Twinings.
