No user manual at all
Firstly, this is NOT a steam table, it's just an electric coil heater in a thin SS box.2nd, several reviews mention not getting hot, part of that may be due to no insulation value of the thin sheet metal box, so I'm going to try to insulate that myself and see if that helps. Someone mentioned trying to get over 300 degrees, but the temp knob for thisnunit only goes to 110c (230f) so obciously that would never work, and that part is clearly described in the listing, the unit isn't intended to do anything hotter than boiling water (which in theory should be plenty, same temp as a steam table)3rd, mine did come with a standard 110 outlet grounded plug, despite the images of another plug type, just FYI
