I originally gave it 5 stars. I bought this on May 8th, and started using it around May 16th. It was actually working pretty well. I use it at home, once a day to make fresh orange juice for my family. I am not sure what happened, but suddenly the knife/blade piece doesn’t fit anymore. It appears the metal piece (attached to the machine) has lifted upwards. The big issue to me is that I called the number listed for support, Friday 17th of June, few times between 9 am and 12 pm, and I get a message saying the office is closed and get disconnected. It is an expensive machine to breakdown few weeks after buying it, and I am not even using it commercially.
Additional note: I managed to fix the issue with the metal piece, where the blade goes, and the machine works well. I have been using it for several months now without issues. All I did was unscrew the metal piece where the blade goes and switched upwards. If you buy this machine, works well, but don’t expect customer support of any kind.
