Bought this unite because it say it can be used in a vertical configuration (for taller bags) however, to do this it needs an extra set of legs, which it does not come with nor can you purchase as I have looked everywhere. the foam that the machine comes in has molded sections where the legs are supposed to be, but are not. I then went to the manufacturers website to try and get help and ended up at a call center where they had no clue what the company they were answering the phone for even sold. So I wrote a message on their contact section and all I received "on a NOReply" format was a PDF of the owner's manual. I am mostly writing this review in hopes that the manufacturer actually reads them and will send me the missing legs or at least reach out with the intention of solving the problem. As I do not really want to pack this silly thing back up and ship it back. What a pain. Hopefully there is a human being at the other end of something we buy that is willing to help.

Buenas noches. Armamos la selladora en posición vertical que es como la necesitamos, siguiendo los pasos encontrados en un vídeo ya que el instructivo (en inglés por cierto) viene poco claro y de muy mala calidad la explicación. Ya con el vídeo, no es difícil armarlo en vertical, el problema que tenemos es que hay poca tolerancia para mover la estación de transporte y ajustarla, el hueco es corto y eso hace que pegue el eje largo vertical contra la tapa superior de lámina. Queda muy chueco. Nos pueden apoyar para resolver esto? Amerita cambio de equipo?
