Keep the precooked food at perfect ready-to-eat temperatures for extended periods with our Bain Marie Warmer. Just fill the water bath with water up to about 3-4 cm above the heating tube and place the three removable food-grade stainless steel pans on top. Set the temperature between 30℃ and 85℃ with the rotary button, to keep the food warm without sticking, burning, or drying out.

Doesn't last long....
Was delivered on October 4th we installed it in November and it's end of December it stopped working does not heat up any more in 1 month the unit does not heat up anymore please advise how can I return this unit and get my money back for something that doesn't work any more...So in January they sent me a replacement and now in March only 2 months of using it...it stopped working...again... thses doesn't last very poor quality.Today is may 15 so on January they send me a new steam table I used it for another 2 months and around March this table blew up again...the coils are very cheap quality that this steam table only last about 2 months and now I have another broken one now that doesn't heat up the food or the water...it turns on but it doesn't heat up the food.I would not recommend this its a waste of money and I would request a full refund for this product...

Don't buy this item. Lids too big for the dishes or dishes are small for the lids that they come with. The biggest problem that causes this item not function is the fact that the lids are too big for the containers. Lids don't fit the dishes and they have minimum of 3/8" gap between the lid and the container. This will defeat the purpose of keeping the food warm. Other problems that I could live with if the dishes and lids would match are that the warmer itself came with many scratches and have some uneven spots mostly around the spot welds. The temper glass has hair line fractures the you can clearly see. Don't expect a quality, well made warmer. Quality indicates, as if, this item was made in a garage or small shop.
I received this item today in the afternoon and was a spoiler, so I will return it. It's a bummer.
If the seller would send me the right size lids or dishes that match the lids then I keep the merchandise. I will update my review if I hear back from seller.
9/8/2021 Second review: Amazon sent me the second set of warmer. I ended up only swap the containers. My initial purchased warmer came with slightly small containers in compare with the lids. I'm keeping the new containers from the second shipment and I'm sending the containers that came with my initial purchase. Old lids fit perfect on new containers. I hope this makes sense and help you. Thanks to Amazon and speedy and great customer service.
I received this item today in the afternoon and was a spoiler, so I will return it. It's a bummer.

This item is nonfunctional and only worked once. When I used it for the first time, it lasted for a little under 20 minutes. I have a warrantee on this item and have been trying to contact either Amazon or Vevor but they both did not respond in a timely manner. This is a horrible product and I do not recommend it. If either Amazon or Vevor tries to contact me to fix the item, I will post an updated review.
