The bag is looking good but quality is not good.We have purchased this bag thru third party seller on Amazon who sold us a bag with no CAMERA separators so we have returned it.Then we purchased another one from Amazon which sold by Amazon and we took it for our Japan trip. On the first day of use, the top handle was broken while the bag is just Max. 3kg stuff inside e.g A6500, a small gimbal, etc.So we decided to return this bag.

My day-to-day gear fits perfectly. It may require you to hum the Tetris theme song while packing, but it all fits in the end.

Canon 5D body (unfortunately with no lens attached)
Two 70-200 sized lenses and a couple of smaller ones (like a 24-70mm + 50mm prime)
15" Macbook Pro (usually with no sleeve, no charger etc)
Memory cards, battery grip and random small stuff

For me there is just enough room to compromise on one or two lenses and use he extra room for an extra rabbit sweater or whatever you fancy. The only thing I am missing is room for an A4 sketchpad but I could probably trade my laptop for that space most of the time.

My only issue with it is that a 15" laptop fits extremely tight. You can put it in from the back having to use the main straps to pull up pretty hard to avoid scratching the corners of your laptop. Or you could use the recommended way by Vinta to put it in from the top and press both entire sides against the side zippers.

You can argue that it is just a matter of getting a protective sleeve for your laptop but I would not expect to have to protect my gear from the bag itself. On a $200+ bag I expect details like that to be taken care of, as there are easy ways of doing so.

I have sent this feedback to Vinta as well.

The style of the backpack is nice, BUT for the price the build quality is lacking (made in China). The company claims it to be waterproof but with a few spray of water the canvas is soaking wet. I expected the water to bead off the bag leaving the canvas dry, sadly this wasn't the case. For the same price, I should have purchased a Langly bag instead.

Recently purchased this bag for an upcoming UK trip and absolutely love it! I was indecisive about the color, ended up going with the black one, but very excited to put this bag to work. As a very petite person, the overall pack size isn't overbearing but can still fit all of my gear for traveling. Also, there is a perfect zipper to carry my passport. It easily fits my Canon 5D Mark III, 24-105 mm lens and Macbook Pro and all necessary gadgets. Definitely recommend!
