I have a 8 year old chihuahua with had arthritis in her back knees and a pomsky puppy with a heart murmur... I love walking with them and they love going out, but my chihuahua can't walk long and my pomsky gets tired relatively quickly, so this is perfect! They fit in there nicely and I love the way it can close all around or be opened. If the puppy is in there, it's all closed. If the chihuahua is in there alone, I have the top opened and she stands up looking out like dogs do in car windows. I get so many compliments and people noting how cute it is with them in it!! It's perfect!
Here is what I have learned.
1. If the dog is determined the leash will not keep them in, it apparently rips out pretty easily (we only have one left). For some reason my dog loves biting bike tires, no clue where it came from. He was doing great in the stroller but when he saw a guy on the bike he tore out of it and went after the tires. Now we have to zip it up every time we take him anywhere even if he seems perfectly happy to chill in the stroller.
2. The front wheels feel kind of flimsy like they will bend easily when the dog is sitting towards the front and you are turning. The stroller does great on normal street/sidewalk walking but if the sidewalk is a little rough it doesn't seem the sturdiest.
I wouldn't push the weight limits too much on this stroller but if you are looking for something to use for casual walks with a lighter dog it will work great.
I will admit that the first time I ordered this, that it was damaged. I never received it. The shipper marked it as damaged and send it back. Amazon didn’t know this. So I did have to call to get my refund. I ordered again hoping this time it wouldn’t get damaged. This time I was lucky. They shipped it just in time for me to treat it and go on vacation a few days later.
I bought this for my dog but I know shoppers are looking for their cats too. Included is a picture of one of my cats. After I put it together I wanted to familiarize my dog with it. Came to put her in and he was already in it. Claimed it as his domain. He was confused when I zipped it up but it made it clear to me there was no way he was sneaking out. Finally put him in cat jail!
This one is just like the one I regretfully sold, but the instructions were much easier! I like all of the venting, easy assembly, easy roll and fold with several exits and it's well made, so I had to get it back. Also loved the neat little storage area for water or leash below and cup holder for you.The pictures are of the original stroller and how it helped me through 2 months! You just never know, so I didn't want to be without again! LOL

Bug is heavy and has a long body so I was worried he would be squished inside the stroller, but there is plenty of room!! I dressed him in 2 dog jackets and comfortably put 2 small fleece blankets inside with him!
There are 2 cup holders and a nice flat spot that I can lay my phone on (perfect for my Pokémon GO addiction).
There are 3 areas on the stroller for Bug to look out of and there's a little "window" by the cup holder that I can lift and check to make sure he's okay!
We used the stroller around Niagara Falls and it rides smoothly on different terrains.
The bottom compartment held our large lunchbox, bottles of water, chips and souvenirs we purchased at the Falls.
We have received a lot of attention and compliments with this stroller!!
I also may or may not believe that this stroller is perfect for secretly taking your dog into shops and restaurants since it looks like a baby stroller... but I can't confirm nor deny this. :D
Of course, there's a con.
As other reviews have mentioned... the instruction manual for the stroller is VERY vague. I accidentally put the front wheels on incorrectly and it was tricky to get them off. I wish V.I.V.O would update their instruction manual since so many reviews have commented on it. There's also a lot of oddly placed plastic wrapped around the legs of the stroller which was tricky to get off.
Thank goodness that unboxing, deciphering the manual and assembling took less than 25 minutes.
(Yes. I timed it.)
The only real issue I have is that the wheels and frame are PVC/plastic so I'm not sure how it will hold up in the long run. If the cats are both in the very back of the stroller (sometimes fire trucks/ambulances have them pressing themselves into the back mesh and laying on top of each other for comfort) it does start to tip backwards. I've had the stroller for 2 months and so far so good. Here's hoping it lasts for a long time.
