We purchased this for our 2 year old granddaughter's birthday. She loves it! She has several educational activities to choose from and she talks or sings right along. The mouse, buttons and keys are very user friendly for her little hands. The overall size is very appropriate and she can easily carry it. The voices and sounds are very clear. The two volume control is a great feature. Love the English and Spanish feature. The price is very reasonable. Excellent gift idea for little ones.

Got this for my LO a month ago and she loves to play with this. It is very interactive, fun and yet educational, introducing your LO to different shapes, sounds, numbers. The only con for me as a parent is that if my LO shuts the lid on the laptop and walks away from it to play with another toy, the laptop still keeps playing music and calls out to come and play some more. This can sometimes get a little bit annoying and also causes a continuous drain on the battery till someone turns the thing off.

My 9 month old is obsessed with our laptops so we got this for him to keep him distracted while we're working on ours. So far he really loves it. He's too young to really understand how to properly use it, but enjoys pushing the buttons to hear the sounds and see the lights. I think it's a toy he's going to be able to grow into. My one word of caution is regarding the laptop lid. I'd seen other reviews on similar products that fingers were easily pinched in the closed lid. Unfortunately, it's very true. The toy is recommended for ages 12 months and up, and I suspect that's part of the reason. I don't think it should stop you from buying it for a younger baby, just be aware and keep an eye on your baby while they're playing.

LOve this computer for our 13 month old grandson..lots of fun to look at and listen to, great quality, creative graphics,,
catches babies interest and adults as well. Baby loves to open and close computer..just like our real laptops.. perfect for little hands, sturdy but light enough for baby to carry.Grandson has been playing with this V-tech computer since he was about 5 months old.as he has been fascinated by our computers right off the bat.. If your child likes computers, it really is a wonderful find..otherwise it is fine as another push button musical/educational light up toy.

My 14 month old loves her laptop. It's one of her favorite go-to toys. I find the screen to be a little annoying the way that it lights up but she likes it so I'm happy. I like the fact that is teaches English and Spanish vocabulary. Never too early for them to learn another language. I would recommend this toy.

This was a big hit at my grandson's first birthday party.
He had numerous gifts, but grabbed this and sat down with it,
playing with all the buttons and quite pleased with the noise it made!

Just got this for my 14-month old son since he's always trying to play on my laptop while I'm doing homework. While it wasn't enough of a distraction to keep his attention while I wrote a paper, it did give me some time to collect my thoughts.

I like that there is a volume control. There are so many kids toys that are so.freaking.loud that I just cover them with a cotton ball and tape, but the sound on this is appropriate. The voice is pretty clear, and the buttons are easy for him to press. The little gray mouse is also easy for him to move, though older kids would be able to maneuver it better to maximize functionality (it scrolls through the alphabet and says each letter). There's a Spanish setting, though some of the words are still in English. Not especially applicable in our household. The screen is just fine, though I wish it was just a little bit bigger so the letters were easier to decipher. Even with the lid shut it still talks, saying, "open the laptop to learn", so it grabs his attention again after he's wandered over to my laptop.

The only thing I really don't like about it is the piano part. One key is "do", one is "re", and the other is "me", but they are all the same tone, not progressing through the musical scale. It's just flat.

Overall it's a keeper. I think it's a toy that will grow with him and he'll figure out more to do with it as he ages.
